This apartment is light and airy with modern furnishings and fittings. Air conditioned throughout and front terrace overlooking the play area on the ground floor. It is very rare to find an apartment in such a centrally located part of Tavira with an outdoor pool. Just minutes away is a supermarket, bars, shops, restaurants, banks and the taxi rank. Great choice for exploring the historical parts of town and for those who do not wish to drive. Wifi, smart TV, DVD and outside terrace for dining, the must haves for a self catering holiday.

We like this property a lot!

We love staying at this property because it is clean, bright, well situated, and close to all of the amenities. Lorraine is an exceptional host, so easy to contact, and so pleasant to deal with. Although we hardly had any issues or concerns, she always immediately resolved them.

Great communication and easy to access, nice and close to shops restaurants and ferry. All great amenities, everything thought of. Only problem was the shower, with 4 of us the water changed from hot to cold consistently during a shower and no hot water left by the time the 4th person showered, considering it was an apartment for 4.

Lovely clean well located apartment.

We had a great time in Tavira, the apartment was very clean with excellent facilities. Everything worked as expected with lots of choice on tv & WIFI was good. The owner had left deck chairs & beds for the pool, they were well appreciated. Pool was small but very clean and well maintained. Couldn't find fault with anything and hope to return.

Nice spacious apartment. Very clean apart from some used cleaning cloths left behind by cleaner/previous tenant. The view from the apartment wasn’t quite what we expected from the listing and the surrounding area of the apartment could do with some maintenance but I understand from other residents that this is an ongoing issue. The terrace doors don’t lock which was a concern for us especially as there is no safe in the property. The final issue was the hairdryer as it was fairly ineffective which was an issue for 2 female travellers! The external air con unit was extremely noisy and the unit in the twin room showed an error message so not sure if this is linked with the noise from the air con main unit. These comments are hopefully constructive and did not mar our enjoyment of our stay in Tavira. Overall a very comfortable stay with comfortable beds, plenty of bed linen and towels and a well equipped kitchen. The terrace gets the sun in the late afternoon/evening which was a lovely bonus! Special mention to the rental agent Lorraine who was a pleasure to communicate with so thank you

The apartment was in a very nice location very close to the town centre and within easy walk of all attractions and dining. It was very spacious. The pool was easy to access and never crowded. Lorraine was an excellent host to help us get settled.

Had a very enjoyable first stay in Tavira. Would recommend the apartment as it is so close to everything. Communication was good with the host although we didn't meet but everything worked out as we had arranged. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Decor could be updated a bit but in all a good experience
