The property is clean. Not the Ritz but not the Pits. Many of the outer door handles were broken. Has many amenities , such as laundry , pool, common area, but they all share the same general area with just a divider between them. Staff was very nice, but could stand some TLC.

Property was not what was advertised.. no sauna, no restaurant and no continental breakfast. Entry way very dirty. People standing by the entry door smoking. Spoke with management in the morning and was told I was on the previous owners website??? So I wonder how my reservation went through. I’ve asked for a refund of part of my payment seeing as the things I went there for were not available.

This property is not nearly worth the amount of money you are paying for what you get. The hotel and rooms are quite run down, the bed was uneven due to wear and was bad enough that we had to rotate how we slept to avoid our head being angled toward the floor. In general the rooms and hotel itself did not appear to be very clean.
