Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Under Construction Hotel

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

The property is beautiful very nice very clean very quiet only eight minutes ride with the TAXI that cost 45 pesos which is two dollars and some couple of sense the stuff was unbelievable they went backwards to please me I would definitely recommend it very highly

En general, mi estancia fue muy cómoda. Tuve dos pequeños inconvenientes durante mi visita, que se resolvieron rápidamente: 1. Los trabajadores de la construcción empezaron a laborar a las 7:00 a. m. Justamente arriba de mi habitación. 2. No quedamos sin agua en la habitación la mañana del segundo día de mi estancia. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, la estancia fue muy cómoda.

El personal del comedor tardan en atenderte, la alberca no tiene suficiente mantenimiento, EL AGUA SE VEÍA AMARILLA Y NO DABA CONFIANZA. Al hospedarse en una suite esperaría que el jacuzzi estuviera en condiciones y nos llevamos decepción, el hotel está enfocado en construir más habitaciones pero no da el suficiente mantenimiento a sus instalaciones en general. No hay manera de llegar en transporte, el costo de los taxis es de $70 a $80 por viaje lo cual es muy caro salir y regresar.

Super linda la vista, la tencion excelente, la comida super rica el personal muy amable, una observacion en el baño hace falta un tapete para cuando sales de la ducha ya que vas escurriendo el agua, pero todo increible.

Esta muy tranquilo, las habitaciones e instalaciones limpias y bonitas, el restaurante tiene variedad y buena calidad en alimentos y bebidas, hay dos albercas y zona de chapoteadero algo pequeño pero fue perfecto para nuestra instancia, el unico detalle es que esta retirado del centro pero se podia solicitar un taxi en la recepción

Una estancia verdaderamente extraodinaria las instalaciones en excelente estado, la limpieza en las habitaciones te hacen estar comodo en todo momento con una estancia placentera, la comida en su restaurante y en la alberca de buenisima calidad.
