The people that work here are absolutely the most caring , respectful, and professional I have met in my travels. They went out of their way to provide us with accommodations, transportation, and helped us making reservations for activities in which we were interested. Absolutely the best service for which you could ask!

Overall it is a good hotel. Giorgi is the best and he tried to help about everything. Thank you giorgi and good luck with your study! I can point something in hotel germi: Good breakfast Great stuff Enough room size with balcony. Some rooms are without balcony and I didn't see those rooms. Weakness: Doesn't have an elevator Location . Hotel's location is great in city but it is located in a tiny Ally and it is difficult for unprofessional drivers to find it by GPS sometimes.
