The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and professional. My first stay was in Tbilisi, and I encountered an issue with the cab driver who brought me from the airport. While it wasn’t their responsibility, the hotel team stepped in and resolved the situation for me. This hotel superseded my expectations. Great customer service, everyone was attentive, kind and so helpful, from the housekeeping staff to the reception. The restaurant was amazing and service impecable as well. Many thanks to Luka, Luka, Katy’s, and Lana from reception and restaurant. You surely made an impression and I would definitely stay here again. Also, Asado is a great restaurant and the food, just wow!
