We liked location, price, cleanliness . Staff was very friendly. We got changed room with no problem. In first our room the faucet got broken and we could not shut the water. A nice, clean place very near the university. The minibar was not restocked every day, so things ran out, but other than that, everything was fine. It is on a nice tree-lined street in a residential area; that meant one night a loud party outside my window, but the party finished up early and was not really a problem.

Perfect stay

Located in one of the nicest parts of Tbilisi with shops, cafes and restaurants around and quite as well. By the same time central walking distancw from the main shopping street. Nice staff, cozy room with balcony. Breakfast well balanced and locally tasty. Highly recommend without concern.
