The only reason I don't give this listing a 5 star rating is because even though it showed a washer and dryer once we arrived the laundry closet was locked.We stayed for several weeks and packed our luggage taking in consideration that a washer and dryer were present. So, for us, this was quite a big deal. The other negative thing is that the owner never answered when I inquired about it. I sent two messages that were unanswered. Communication is important. Other than that. the place is as pictured. Nice and safe neighborhood. High security and well kept common areas. Considerate neighbors. Location was perfect. I would recommend it, just do not count on having access to the laundry closet. Do not count on getting replies from owner.
