Great Hotel, lovely views . Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food was excellent and lots of choice, something for everyone’s taste. A couple of pools are heated but still a little on the cool side , plenty of sun beds.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with a wide time span to enjoy Dissapointment - spent less money than I would have because bar was too far away up two levels and there was no waiter drinks service for sun bathers!

Stayed here for 10 nights in November 2025 and was very pleased with the hotel. Staff are very friendly, relaxed and were very helpful when we needed a few things. Rooms were spotless and very spacious - aircon was fab and kept the room cool at all times and you couldn't really hear it. The outside balcony spaces here are generous with sunbeds and a table and chairs and the overall outside spaces here are fabulous if you like to sit and spend a day by the pool - it's about a 10-15 minute walk into town along the coast and there are a few restaurants and bars close by with 2 supermarkets virtually across the road. There was everything you would want at breakfast and was probably one of the best I have tasted over the years in different hotels and it catered well for the old fry-up. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely holiday.

It was an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel, the room was lovely, spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, plenty of seats and attentive staff. It was really nice to be able to get a sun bed at the pool, there was no need to reserve any sunbeds given the large availability of them, at one of the 4 pools. We would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

A beautiful hotel with 4 pools and loads of sunbeds that are cleaned everyday. All the staff are very good as well as the cleaners. Everyone was kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a feast of food for everyone's tastes. Wonderful stay I would not hesitate to book again.

Mixed feelings…. Expensive for what you get

No water on arrival and it was late so I needed it! No slipppers no tissues and the pools were all on the cold side. I would expect these for a four star quite pricey hotel. I asked for a quiet room and although they allocated me tops floor it was next to a noisy stone staircase that was well used…. I was woken up by late night guests. The walls were very thin! I did think the staff I encountered were all very kind and professional and the room was stylish and reasonably big. It was peaceful around the pool and very clean. The area where the hotel isnt very interesting you have to walk into Costa teguise which isn’t much better. It just wasn’t for me .
