FREE PRIVATE WIFI -Situated on Sands Beach Resort - Luxurious Beachfront Resort with Wide Ranging Amenities such as Bars, Restaurants, Health Spa, Jacuzzi and Tennis Court and well equipped Gym. Within 5 mins walk there are Multiple Local Bars, Restaurants and Shops and the Town Centre is 15 mins walk along the Beachfront Promenade. The Villa is South Facing (Sunny Side) Bungalow type on the Ground Floor and just steps from the Pool. There is one step up into the Bathroom. There is plenty of water based activities at the Beach with Wind Surfing and Snorkelling and Bicycle Hire. Golfing is only a 5 mins drive. Buggy, Cot and High Chair can be hired from a local provider if needed.

Very Relaxing

We had a months stay at Sands. We’ve already booked a month again next winter.Really enjoyed the MaiTai Bar and the Haviends buffet.The villa is very well equipped with everything you need for self catering, although lots of great restaurants to try in CT. The Murphy bed is a great idea and very comfy. To sum up- loved it!!

I have stayed at Sands Beach many times and love the facilities it provides ( training swimming pool , quiet location on edge of Teguise but only a short walk to town , lots of loungers and pools to sunbathe at ) This apartment is probably the best we’ve stayed in . Great location in Amarillo plaza , clean and fresh with good kitchen facilities . The unexpected welcome water and wine was a lovely touch . Great Wi-Fi included in price . Will definitely return if available.

The resort was ideal, lovely and quiet and was only a short 5 min walk to a number of restaurants, bars and shops. Located on the sea front too. The restaurant situated on the lagoon was particularly lovely with its own pool too. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only grumble was we never saw the cleaning lady so we never got a change of towels or bedding. Luckily we did have our own towels too. The owner was great at communication and very friendly - the apartment is large in size and is ideally situated on the resort and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay â˜ș

Great property in good location

Due to a medical issue, we had to find accommodation at very short notice. How lucky we were to find this!! We know the complex very well having stayed there many times. This property has everything you could want and is in a great position on the plaza. Especially important for us at this time was WiFi availability and this was excellent. Over and above the property, the owner and the caretaker were absolutely brilliant, not only flexible and helpful, but genuinely concerned for our situation. Would highly recommend this property as it is in a great location for beach, restaurants, bars and food/grocery shops.

Clean and comfortable spot by the sea.

This was our second visit to Sands Resort so we knew what to expect and had a lovely relaxing week in this apartment. The host was excellent - quick to respond, helpful and informative. The property was perfectly clean and comfortable. The resort is a little worn and dated in places - definitely cheap and cheerful rather than luxury- but the location is good, the pools are nice (especially the big 25 meter one), and it suited us for a quiet week in the sun. Unfortunately the pool outside our villa was out of action during our stay which was disappointing, hence the four stars, but the host did warn us about this as soon as he knew.

Die Apartments in Sands Beach hatten wir bereits bei frĂŒheren Aufenthalten kennen- und schĂ€tzen gelernt. Auch dieses Mal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter war Ă€ußerst zuvorkommend und hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen vorab versorgt, so dass wir einen total angenehmen, unkomplizierten Urlaub hatten.

Todo como anunciado. Cocina mejor equipada que en las villas del hotel. Mi apreciación sobre la limpieza se debe al facto que el inquilino precedente dejó la villa en un estado catastrófico que habría necesitado mås tiempo para una limpieza perfecta. Yo mismo miré la villa antes de la limpieza y así pude evaluarlo.

Happy holiday

The weather wasn't the best some days but the villa had an excellent tv and plenty of books. On arrival there was milk and water which was very welcome. Unable to hire Sands Beach pool towels as this was a private booking, so you need to take your own. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Although we had a lovely family holiday the cleanliness throughout the apartment was not good at all. The kitchen was dirty and very dated with stains on the walls. The fridge was old and had stains inside. There was mold on the bedroom blind. This apartment requires a deep clean. A shame.

I would highly recommend it!

This was a really great place to stay. The apartment was clean. comfortable and had everything we needed for a superb week's stay. The welcome provisions (tea bags, coffee, milk and water) were a thoughtful gesture which was greatly appreciated. The key-safe is a great idea so that you don't have to worry about queing at reception to collect keys, it's just in and straight to the pool or the beach. The welcome folder and drawer of useful items was a superb additions, especially local leaflets and magazines to read. It looked like other guests had added a few things so we did the same! There is also a bookshelf full of novels. It was helpful to have a hairdryer and iron/ironing board for the days you wanted to make a bit of effort, but for the relaxing days, there were sun loungers, chairs and a table just outside the door in your own little patio area. The best bit for us was the location, near the shared pool and the sea, but far enough away from the main building and play area to be relaxing. The apartment complex has its own souvenir shop and a small supermarket, where you can stock up on all the essentials. It also has a clubhouse and restaurant. Their is a small shopping and eating area within a five minute walk and the main shopping for Costa Teguise is a slow 15 minute walk away, and this is made all the more pleasant by being able to walk along the beach-side promenade to get to it. With loads of sunshine (mostly in the afternoons) Costa Teguise is a great place for everyone. This apartment would suite singles, couples and a small families. The owners have made sure you have everything you need. We will definitely be in touch with them again.

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location. Very enjoyable.

The bungalow was situated on Amarilla Plaza overlooking a pool. The property was well equipped with everything needed for the perfect holiday. Just a fifteen minute walk from the centre of Costa Teguise, where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. A cleaner comes in once a week to change the bedding and towels. There is a large TV which has English channels on and many films. Overall a really lovely property which we would rent again in the future.
