Loved the village of Shaldon. Handy to have butcher,grocery and pub nearby quaint and unspoiled house was well equipped and well located. Do wish we’d known parking on street was for only an hour ( our fault in addition to not check the sign) fine was hefty and car rental added a larger one. Good communication with host .would recommend

Perfect Shaldon base

The cottage was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. In a perfect location close to the beach, pubs and cafes. Shaldon is a wonderful, friendly place and the children loved crabbing off the little jetty. The host’s communication was excellent and we would love to stay again.

Beautiful equipped stay!

Lovely place to stay, and the most welcoming of hosts! So accommodating and couldn’t want anything more. Definitely worth noting for older people there are quite a few steps in the property as it starts on the 1st floor but looking forward to booking in the future. Thank you!
