It\'s an idyllic spot for savoring a morning coffee or unwinding with a good book.The property boasts three generously sized bedrooms, two double rooms both with en-suite, and one twin room with pull-out trundle beds, creating space for up to 8. Please note the trundle beds are suitable for children only, with a maximum of six adults allowed at this home. If all beds are required, one will be placed in the twin room to sleep up to three, with the final bed in the double room for additional floor space.Teignmouth is a charming coastal town, renowned for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade, and bustling town center. Guests can take a stroll along the sandy shore, or for the more adventurous thrill seekers, water sports such as surfing, paddleboarding, or kayaking are a must. Or perhaps visit the Teignmouth Pier, a Victorian gem that offers stunning views of the Devonshire coastline, along with The Pavilions which offers live performances, music and cinema.Parking is available on the driveway of the property for up to two vehicles.
