10 minutes from the A11, this haven of peace is close to the owners' farmhouse (18th century), independent, with its vast shared garden of 5000 m² with trees and flowers, semi-enclosed. Fully renovated heated swimming pool with wooden decks (6x12.5 m - May 15/September 30), uncovered, secured by roller shutter, shared by the owners. Ping-pong table, table football, bowling games, mini-billiards available.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with sloping ceilings (each with 1 140x190 bed), bathroom/wc. Equip. additional: freezer compartment, radio, flat screen with Satellite channel, Wifi (independent terminal), baby bed, stereo. Shared washing machine (in outbuilding).
Included: central heating (pellets), electricity, towels/household linen, sheets.
Not included: wood. Mandatory cleaning fee (65€). Animals: deposit 100€ and supplement 10€/day.
For cycling enthusiasts: remarkable shaded cycle path (Voie Verte.) Former railway line. Centers of interest are approximately 15 minutes away (golf 23 km).
