We chose the Andromeda because of the location and we wanted a pool as the summer can be hot in Tel Aviv. What we found was a condominium complex built 8 years ago with another going up across the road. These are grand 5 star apartments that are being refurbished slowly tho bring them up to the standard that the management team are aiming at. Omri and his team were very accommodating and spoke English much better that I spoke Hebrew. The highlight for our family was the aquafer fed pool complete with lifeguard. We thought it was good value and comes highly recommended.

Ottimo appartamento, ampio, contrmporaneo in un ottimo condominio
Andromeda Hills is a nicely kept apartment complex. The pool is a good size & area to relax in, however, the apartment we stayed in wasn't quite in keeping with the grounds. It was clean & tidy & had all that was stated in the brochure, (iron, ironing board, large fridge, air con, etc.), but it was a little tired & dated & in need of a lick of paint to freshen it up. Location was very good, close to the port & centre of Jaffa.
Ok but too difficult to park and the room was quit

Some things you should know before booking
There are some quirks to this property that you should note before you book. For religious reasons, the office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays. That means no support staff or cleaning either. We arrived on a Friday but were able to check in remotely a couple of days prior by sending passport and tourist visa information by email, so our keys and welcome packages were left with the security guard who is on site 24-7. The property is quite large and seems to be a mix of residential and short term rental (hotel) suites. It is located a short walk from Old Jaffa, the port, and plenty of good restaurants and shops. The furniture seemed to be a bit of a random collection so they get few points for interior decorating. But there was plenty of space in our suite and we heard little noise from neighbors (except the bells of the church next door that rang a sharp alarm on Sunday morning). There was a full kitchenette, dining area, great wifi, and tons of TV channels. Free parking, pool (unheated), elevators. Reasonably clean. I would stay there again as it was well-priced and a great location. Just know what you’re getting into!
The location in Jaffa was excellent! We couldn’t have stayed in a better place.
Close to everything.
If these units are condos that are put into a rental pool, some maintenance needs to be done. The sofa in our unit was filthy. I covered it with towels to make nicer to sit on. This sofa was also a pullout with a very saggy sit, so a board was placed under the cushions - not comfy. There were loose floor tiles in the safe room, which didn’t have a door. The bathroom needed attention as well. Our room was looking and feeling tired. It was well appointed with hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, soaps and shampoos and modest kitchen equipment.
A little input and some $’s could make this unit very comfortable.
Andromeda Hills is a beautiful apartment complex, the management team is very helpful.
Our small one bedroom unit was very clean and well taken care of.

Area very convenient for Jaffa visitors near areas of interest. Was ideally located near several churches over Christmas. Not for those seeking pampered travel, but fine for our 2-day stay. Apartment with free parking and WiFi is a plus. Not the newest of buildings. Have to go out for all food. The staff were all very nice, but their limited availability (certain days and hours only) gave us concerns that we would have no one to contact if things were not as requested on arrival. On checkin, we realized that we had been given upgraded facilities, including kitchen and washer (which we didn’t use). We didn’t know how to turn on hot water until someone came the next morning. If the staff had been off duty, we would have had a big issue. Once we were there, we received cell phone contacts for all those who helped us, and they were all gracious.

L'appartement était un peu défraichi, mais confortable et silencieux, les avantages de l'espace, de la localisation et du parking sécurisé sont très importants.
Je retournerai avec plaisiren été dans cette résidence pour profiter de la piscine du spa et de la salle de sport.
Great place to stay in a great neighborhood in Jaffa. Lots of attractions and great food and shopping nearby. I do wish there was an earlier check-in than 1500 hrs and that the office was open on Fridays, but I was able to store my bag and get help from the parking attendant, so it is not that bad. The pool and spa were wonderful, and open from sunrise to sunset. I have told all my friends about it and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Tel Aviv.

Für Jaffa günstig
Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Achtung: appartements im ground floor sind im Souterrain und ohne jegliche Aussicht.
After many overpriced hotels, this was the the place in Israel with the best value for the cost. It is not a 5 start location, but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the location very close to Jaffas old town and the harbor is great.
This is not a hotel. You are renting a room in an apartment complex. There is no one around to help with any issue you might have if it is after 6pm or on thefu. weekends (Friday-Saturday). We had a a few minor issues with our room (the curtain fell down and there was not enough towels). We just sucked it up. The pool is beautiful and Jaffo is fun.

Ask for all the info in advance and bring food :)
All in all it was wonderful. Mostly because we have decided to enjoy our stay and ourselves. Beautiful surroundings, extremely well groomed garden and clean facilities. Where they exist, that is... There are many things missing, mostly information about what kind of place this is and what to expect. This is actually a renting holiday apartment place where one can rent a small apartment rather shabby when compared with the surroundings, but clean and endowed with everything (cooking stove, fridge, dishes, etc.). Withing this arrangement one can benefit from the pool (within strict hours), the spa (but you have to invite a massagist from outside). These is no food on the premises (no restaurant, no breakfast available not even for a fee), nothing to drink not even a cooler by the pool). There is a beautiful bar and resting place but closed and empty). There is no service because the office (situated in a tent outside the main building) is closed on the weekends and there is nobody to sign you off when you leave. We had to leave the key with the gait-keeper. If one knows all this things and comes prepared, the place is an absolute delight. Also. There is a parking but nobody knows where to park unless given instructions which one receives... after you are already parked and in front of the receptionist so we had had to call from the parking and thus we received instructions. No such such luck with people who come over the week-end... There is no-one to answer the phone...
This was a welcome alternative for us to the large and expensive hotels in Tel Aviv which are crazy in August. The pool in particular is a good size and of a very high standard for such a relatively small hotel, the reason being the majority of units there are owner occupied. Close to the sights and good restaurants.

Nice poolarea, but appartments should be renovated
The area around the pool and the pool itself was really nice and clean. Also a good amount of beds and chairs for people there.
The apartment was specious, but should be renovated, especially the bathroom and kitchen.
We were looking forward to the "rich breakfast buffet" at the Cafeteria and had to find out, that there is nothing anymore.
After all, the location of the Hotel is great and also looking great from outdoors.

Very beautiful complex with alot of services (large swimming pool, 2 pool tables, nice gym, table tennis, etc...). From the outside everything looks lovely. The apartment though is very "cheap" and the finishings are extremely poor (30 year old thermostat, old furniture, couch full of stains). A deep pity, because the location is also lovely (just a walk away from Jaffa old town).....
