Welcome to our brand new 3 bedroom apartment located in one of the most luxury habitation towers of Bat Yam. Located on the 7th floor, this property features a beautiful sea view. It is elegantly furnished and equipped with high quality items.

The building has been completed recently and meets all the new standards in terms of comfort and security. There is a parking space at the underground level with direct access to the apartment. Pack a suitcase and come enjoy a luxury vacation. Don't forget your swimsuit as the beach is nearby.



THE SPACE

The apartment features a large and bright living space thanks to its large glass windows.

The living room has a comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and opens on a terrace with a dining table.

The other parts of the living space are shared between a fancy dining area and a fully equipped and modern kitchen.



Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen size bed, full height closet with hangers and en suite full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: queen size bed.

Bedroom 3: queen size bed, full height closet with hangers.

Extra full bathroom with bathtub.

Guest toilets.

Laundry room.

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.

- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance.

- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum.

Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is minutes away from the beach and the Bat Yam promenade. The mall is also a few minutes away as well as some local bakeries and coffee shops. The building has its own private garden and you can walk 50 meters and reach the larger Begin City Garden.



GETTING AROUND

Renting a car at the airport is a good option as we provide a safe and private parking.

The bus 25 stops downstairs and will take you to Tel Aviv with 15 minutes.

If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
