Welcome to our magnificent apartment, recently remodeled by the famous designer firm RARE Architecture. With 2 spacious bedrooms and a sunny terrace, this apartment is perfect for family or a group of friends, right in the center of Tel Aviv and a few minutes away from Gordon Beach and Frishman Beach!

*The apartment is on the second floor and there is no building elevator. Guest must be comfortable with using stairs during their stay.



THE SPACE

The living space is divided between an open plan kitchen and a living room which opens on the terrace.

Living room furnished with 2 designer and very comfy couches, equipped with. a 43" smart TV. It opens South on the terrace which is furnished with a table a chairs, perfect for breakfast.

Fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4 people.

Bedroom 1: queen size bed, chest of drawer for your belongings.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be combined into a king size bed, closet.

Full bathroom with walk in shower.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD



The apartment is located on a quiet street next to Bugrashov and Ben Yehuda street. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach. Dizengoff street in one direction and the famous Carmel market in the other are within walking distance as well. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the immediate vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style with minimum planning.





GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets.

There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengoff streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastely we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Magnificent? No. Very nice, yes!

The apartment was located as advertised, a few minutes easy walk to the beach. And, it is in the heart of the city close to shopping, dining, and attractions. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd level of a 4 level building that is dark and needs serious cleaning and no elevator. When it rains, the electricity goes out. Smolinskin is a quiet street just off Ben Yehuda. The most positive attribute of the property is the management. When we needed some assistance, they responded super fast. Specifically, Katia in the office was always super nice and helped us with non-apartment issues. Benjamin and Nir came to the unit for maintance within a few moments of our calls (2 times in 3 weeks.) Next trip to Israel, we plan to stay with this company again, but in another of their properties, one with an elevator. The apartment has the kitchen appliances, beach nececities, and all you need to bring are personal items. The staff speaks fluent English, Hebrew, French, and (I think) Russian. And they always have a smile on their faces and a willingness to assist.
