Good location near Clark's Market and only a 5 minute walk to lift 7.. The condo itself is rather tired and would benefit from an update. The shower flow rate is rather feeble and it takes a while to fill the small bath. The kitchen is small but had everything you need. Parking is is limited to 4 tight spaces or in the adjacent road. You are ore- warned there is no elevator but ut was an efgort to get luggage and ski gear upto the 2nd floor given the altitude. Overall a good stay made better by the skiing. Telluride is a charming old mining town bur has limited restaurants/bars but the free Gondola, a 10-15min walk away runs till midnight to get you to the modern and vibrant mountain village to expand your choice.

Location was great! And there were all the amenities needed. Just a note, the coffee table seemed that it could collapse at any moment and my sone stayed on the sleeper sofa and said it was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and there was even a fan for white noise in the bedroom.
Great location! A little confusing at first to find, but once you find the unit, it becomes much easier.

Great apartment option in Telluride

Nice 1 BR apartment, nearly fully equipped (no spatula, weirdly! but did have sugar, spices, food storage containers, etc) and an excellent location. We walked everywhere with ease. It was super hot while I was there and there isn't A/C, but the fan cooled the room nicely.

We had an amazing stay at this place. Very cozy walking distance to downtown telluride and 5mins walk to the gondola station. The place is very cleaned. They provided all the towels we needed and nicely placed in the bed and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and bidy wash are included inside the bathroom along with the hair blower and unlimited kleenex tissue for our runny nose. LoL The kitchen is very cleaned including with all the utensils, pots, pans everything you needed is there. They provided a tea with lots of selection and coffee. The fridge is big and cleaned. You can literally cook and bake an entire meal there. Living room is cleaned with sofa bed and cute lounge chair. They have lots of games to choose from and u can play an xbox too. This property is amazing coz they even gives a gifts for our stay! They are very accommodated and friendly. Neighbors are very nice too. The properties around this place is quiet. Parking are first come first serve. But there's always a spot where you can park. We would diffenitely book again next time. Avant Stay is amazing!💜

Good condo, plenty of space for a mountain town 1 BR. Clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit awkward but there's parking so no complaint! To find one nit picky thing, I would suggest swapping out the shower head. Overall, I would recommend for a couple even with a kid or 2.
