Let your adventure begin! ------------------------------------Unit Is Conveniently located on the west side of Telluride Town, you can walk to everything. Situated alongside the beautiful, meandering San Miguel River, it's also just 200 yards from lift #7⛷ (a quick walk across the parking lot to the chairlift), and then when coming down from skiing the glorious Telluride mountain terrain you can actually ski right down to your condo!
This spacious, recently remodeled light and bright corner unit is a rare find in Telluride. The unit features brand new (real wood) hardwood floors with a large gorgeous oriental carpet in the living room, an updated sofa, (pull-out sleeper) , original art, and nice decor overall. A recently added 53" TV transforms the living room into your private screening room/home theater, and the cozy litte fireplace adds terrific ambiance, making the unit truly special .

Big comfy King bed with organic cotton sheets in the bedroom, stone tile shower, and a separate toilet room for privacy.
Living room sofa doubles as a queen size sleeper for extra bodies. Sliding pocket doors between the bedroom and living room can be pulled closed to create two separate sleeping or hanging spaces, or leave them open for easy flow.

Fully equipped and well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar. A comfortable living/sitting area with sofa & coffee table, small dining table, (can also function as a desk) a 53" flat-screen TV in the living room for watching shows or your favorite films, and the big bonus is the sweet little gas fireplace which adds to the cozy, romantic ambiance, both summer and winter.

Blackout shades. Abundant closet space. Common BBQ and picnic area just outside alongside the river, and two brand new outdoor hot tubs that are a minute's walk down the hallway from your place.
This lovely unit is just 2 blocks from the grocery store, and a short walk to the one-of-a-kind free gondola (which will take you up to the Mountain Villiage and Lift 4 (amazing views from the Gondola day or night) and you can walk (or ride the free Galloping Goose) to the center of historic Telluride town.

The river trail is just outside your door and offers a delightful walking path along the river that meanders just bellow town toward the waterfall... or you can walk 1/2 block and catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle and ride all over town if you prefer.

Complimentary wifi in unit and Coin laundry is available on site nearby the unit.

*****. PARKING! ********. Ample free parking. You may choose to park in the Courtyard parking lot at the Inn, or at the CarHenge free parking lot, both parking lots have convenient parking spaces right outside of the unit. (Personally, I prefer the Carhenge Community Parking lot only because it's generally less crowded. Type "carhenge community parking lot" into your navigation, and it'll take you around to the entrance. Once there, you will cross the bridge over the river and turn LEFT as you enter into the parking lot. For the closest spot, drive straight to the very last row, turn right and park about halfway up that row. This is the best and most convenient place to park in Carhenge. Once there you will see the Inn's walking path entrance and your building 100 will be right in front of you to your immediate left. Your Unit is the first one on your right, once you enter the building. Very convenient parking if you have groceries and heavy luggage, def just as convenient as the Courtyard parking lot.) Both parking lots are available to our guests. PLEASE USE THE PARKING PASS FOUND INSIDE THE UNIT FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING and p l e a s e remember to put it back inside the unit when you check out.
One parking spot comes with the unit; please let us know if you have more than one vehicle so we can help you navigate parking ... **************************************There is an additional charge for more than two people staying in the unit, please inquire, we're always willing to work with you on accommodating more people.


***This suite is in a BUILDING that is DESIGNATED NO PETS and any unregistered pet will incur a substantial fee. (This is not in our control.) We do have two pet friendly rentals so if you plan on bringing your pet, please inquire about availability in a pet friendly unit.

We also have a studio overlooking the river in the same complex if your party has more members or you'd prefer a smaller less expensive unit, overlooking the river!
