Pet-Friendly Luxury Residence With Riverside Balcony, High-End Amenities

This two-bedroom/two-bathroom pet-friendly residence comes with the River Club's luxury amenities. BEDDING: Split-king, split-king and queen sofa-sleeper LAYOUT: This second-floor residence has natural hardwood floors with an open floorplan living room, dining area and kitchen. In the living room is a natural stone gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DirecTV and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The leather sofa pulls out to a queen bed. This unit has a balcony with views of the river with a small desk area. The dining table seats six with room to add bench seating. The kitchen is a fully equipped space with granite countertops, chef-quality appliances, and all the dishware, cookware and utensils needed for a Telluride vacation. In the master bedroom on the main level, there is a king bed (can be made into two twins) and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The bath has a jetted tub, shower and two-sink vanity, and is accessible from the short hallway to the bedroom. Also on the main level is the second bedroom with a king bed (can be made into two twins), a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The ensuite bathroom has a shower only. This residence has its own washer/dryer and complimentary wifi. There is no A/C at this property. USAGE FEE: This condo will be charged a $25/night usage fee. PARKING: Garage parking is valet only, with one space per unit. SKI AND GEAR STORAGE: Outdoor secure ski and snowboard storage are attended as well, with indoor boot-dryer racks available. Bikes and other gear can be securely stored in the garage. EXTRA AMENITIES: The River Club has a wonderful outdoor waterfall hot tub, open dawn to dusk daily during ski season, and between Memorial Day weekend and mid-October. Also for your comfort and pleasure, there is a club room with a massive stone fireplace, sunroom, and bar (coffee, tea, and special receptions). Downstairs, you'll find a desk area with a computer, printer, and other business-support amenities. The recreation room is full of toys and games for children of all ages. There is also a fitness center with Nautilus equipment, stationary bicycles, treadmill and free weights. GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Your stay includes complimentary in-town transportation and Telluride Airport shuttle service in-season. Additional services to regional airports can be arranged through the delightful concierge staff. Please contact the club for options during offseason. OFFSEASON: The River Club's full amenities are not offered in the offseasons, which take place early October through late November and after ski area operations end through Memorial Day every year. Valet services, the concierge, housekeeping, grocery services and the hot tub are not available during this time. PETS: This condo is pet-friendly with a $30/night fee. If I could give location 10 stars I would. You are blocks from the Gondola, you are on the River Trail that leads everywhere, and restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. It was perfect.

Best place to stay in Telluride!

The staff at The River Club are the most welcoming, helpful hotel/condo staff I have ever come across! They could not do more to make our stay in Telluride so enjoyable. The condo is beautifully decorated with wall art by a local artist and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. Cant wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! I was steps away from fly fishing on the San Miguel river. We had the window open at night to listen to the river as we went to sleep. My teenage daughter really enjoyed the hot tub. Concierge and valet were so helpful. We will stay again.

Amazing hospitality, plus clean and comfortable

We came for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival with 2 tiny lap dogs and absolutely loved our stay here. All of the staff in River Club are tremendously helpful and nice. I really enjoyed all of them. There are a few really great amenities not listed on VRBO like usage of a grill (reservation required), the hot tub is practically in the creek and stunning (also requires reservation), parking is valet in a covered garage, and they offer rides to anywhere within Telluride (included in your reservation, but also good to tip). We got a ride to and from the festival very often, which was incredibly helpful even though it was a short walk (1mile ish). There are also 6 bikes available for first come first serve use, also included in your reservation. The amenities here seem endless. We had a few miscommunication items with the front desk emailing back and forth (told we had a 3 bedroom, not a 2 bedroom, and had to pay a residence fee higher when we did indeed actually have a 2 bedroom). They had so much for the dogs and the location right on the creek (you can hear it with windows open in summer) and just a few short blocks from the gondola and hiking trails was great! We'd return here for sure. Beds were insanely comfortable with really great pillows. All was very very clean and we were surprised for the added bonus of a steam shower! I just wish the balcony was a little bigger and had a different floor so chairs could be out there -- it's standing only.

What a great place! Nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Great layout, beautiful kitchen, and perfect location. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Next to the river and not far from the Bear Creek Trailhead. Very dog friendly. Exceptional conceriege service. Thank you for rescuing the 4 of us and our 2 large dogs when we got caught in a downpour while dining out!

This was such a great visit. The River Club is in a phenomenal location, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the amenities are great. We particularly appreciated the restaurant/activity recommendations everyone had. Also want to note that our dog had plenty of space to be outside and the property was very dog-friendly.
