This spacious two-bedroom Riverside home has an updated interior, amazing private deck and is just steps from skiing, Town Park and everything Telluride has to offer.

Bedding: King, two twins

This is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the C building of the Riverside complex. To enter the condo, guests will climb one flight of stairs from the parking lot level. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an entryway with a short hallway leading to both bedrooms and stairs leading up to the living area.

Upstairs is the great room with amazing vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with surround sound, Roku, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The picture windows and sliding glass doors open to a private covered deck with a chaise-lounge, chairs and a small table, enjoying views of the San Miguel River and across the valley.

The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the kitchen, which has black granite countertops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Ninja blender, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is an additional entrance to this condo in the kitchen.

The two bedrooms are located on the entry-level of this home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with views of Mt. Emma and the San Sophia Ridge. It has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a single marble vanity and step-in shower with a glass surround. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a marble vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround.

Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located on the ground level.

The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.

Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. Great location, Clean
This condo was a short 2 block walk to the main gondola station. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the Smart TV in the living room was nice.

We were in Telluride for a wedding and other family members stayed in the same condo complex, which was so convenient. Our condo was the perfect place to stay - a quick walk to shops and restaurants, right by the creek and a wonderful walking path and across the street from the trailhead to Bear Creek Falls. The condo was set up with everything we needed, including all kitchen necessities and plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The view was great. We felt comfortable and right at home.
