Things to Know Before You Go
No Air Conditioning: Like most mountain homes, this condo does not have A/C. Telluride’s cool evenings and dry alpine climate keep the home comfortable. Fans are provided.
Hot Tub: Shared outdoor hot tubs are managed by the Cimarron HOA. Occasionally, they may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
Altitude: Telluride sits at approximately 8,750 feet. Stay hydrated and take it easy on your first day.
Parking: One vehicle is permitted in the Cimarron Lodge garage (height restrictions apply). Additional paid parking is available nearby.
Winter Driving: AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during the winter months.
Quiet Community: Residential community. Quiet hours are enforced. No parties or events.
Seasonal Closures: Spring and fall off-seasons may include temporary lift or restaurant closures.
