The space
Main floor: Open living & dining with vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, smart TV, and leather seating. Granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and cookware. Two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub, shower, and laundry.
Lower level (private entrance): Family lounge with sofas, foosball table, and gas heater. One double bedroom, powder room, and walk-out access to yard.
Outdoors: Expansive deck with lounge seating, dining area, and two BBQ grills. Surrounded by forest with path to private lake access.
Water access: Private lake entry with canoes, kayaks, and life jackets (adult & child sizes).
Guests enjoy full and private use of both levels of the cottage, deck, yard, BBQs, and water equipment. Parking is available on-site.
Other things to note:
Heating is provided by gas heaters (not wood stoves).
Strict no-smoking policy indoors or outdoors. Cigarette butts take 10–12 years to decompose — please dispose responsibly.
Housekeeping expectations: Guests must leave the cottage as they found it. This includes:
Garbage bagged and placed in outdoor bins
BBQ grills cleaned
Dishes washed/loaded in dishwasher
Floors swept and left tidy
Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional cleaning fee. Reminder signs are posted inside the cottage (near the main bathroom).
