"We arrived 4 hours early and inquired about an early check-in when we were offered an upgrade to the presidential suite for only $100 more than the tower king we had reserved. The staff then made it a priority to get the room ready and we received a phone call in less than 30 minutes letting us know it was cleaned. We have stayed at the Little America several times and have never had a complaint."

The manager responded with visible frustration, rolling her eyes and adopting a condescending tone. The interaction felt unnecessarily unpleasant, and I chose not to pursue the matter further, completing my checkout promptly after her response."
