Great location

Great stay for a one night in town for a concert 2 minute walk to the depot or the delta center. Right by the gateway so lots of shopping or food options a quick walk away. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast in the morning, you can’t beat it. The room was clean and black out blinds are a must!

It took us 30 minutes to get checked in. We were the only clients waiting to get a room. Nothing was done about this inconvenience. We were very tired & just wanted to get into our reserved room, but couldn't. We probably won't stay at a Hyatt again during our travels.

We stayed here for a concert at The Depot. It was right next door so it was super convenient. The hotel was very clean, the room was nice and our breakfast was great. Parking was really easy too.

Front Desk Staff Leaves Something to be Desired

When I checked in the girl was "nice". She continued to repeat herself over and over, not answering any of the questions I asked her. Very unwilling to help or answer any questions. Made checking in lot more frustrating than it should have been.
