Rooms and property were sooo clean! Staff delightful ! Food was delicious ( loaded fries and pork belly the best ) ground beautiful . Only problem was the hot water in shower was less than warm .

This is a new property, and his location does not provide customer service. The AC leaked in my room on my suitcase and clothes. I spoke with the front desk staff (Nyx) and instead of compensating or at least empathizing with situation, Nyx stated that they were aware of the problem, sent engineering to the room and they would fix the problem. This was unfortunate since we only stayed for one night and we were checking out at that time. (We called from the room and from my cellphone but got no answer from the front desk and had to go down to the front desk to report the leak.) Nyx insinuated that it was my fault for not reporting the leak soon enough and told me to have a great day.
