This apartment spans across the ground and first floors, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. The terrace boasts two sun loungers, a patio table, and chairs, creating the perfect spot for sun worshippers to enjoy a great sunbathing experience without venturing far. Moreover, the terrace features a gate that leads to the path connecting to the pool area, making it an ideal choice for families with young children.

As you enter the apartment through the patio doors, you'll find a well-furnished lounge area. It includes an L-shaped sofa, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a side table with a lamp, a shelf with a selection of books, and a flat-screen TV offering English and international satellite channels. Additionally, there is a dining table with four chairs and a ceiling fan to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. Two steps lead up to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, a four-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a fridge. On this floor, there is also a separate toilet with a washing machine for added convenience.

Upstairs on the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second balcony. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a portable fan, and patio doors that lead to the balcony. The balcony off the master bedroom is also equipped with two sun loungers, a patio table, and chairs, creating a tranquil outdoor space. The bathroom on this floor features a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, and a fitted wardrobe.

Please note that the apartment is situated on the ground level as you enter the front door, but it is one level above the pool on the terrace/balcony side, which may be worth noting for guests with walking issues. Additionally, the apartment provides WiFi internet access. A z-bed can be provided for a fifth person if needed.

For added security, there is a safety deposit box available in the apartment.

Kindly note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and the apartment is available exclusively for families. Groups consisting of all males or all females are not permitted.
