Wonderful luxury furnished house, located in Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife in a privileged place, very quiet at the same time very close to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, 300 meters from the Great Siam Park Water Park and the Siam Mall .
The average temperature of the area is 25th year-round, sensational winters and mild summers due to the sea breeze.
The house consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms
1st bedroom. A large bed for two people with their bathroom and safe

Dining room with a table for 8 people with everything you need to enjoy luxury dinners, two comfortable sofas, large TV with many channels in all languages

The kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday, toaster, water heater to prepare a delicious tea, electric juicer for juices, Nesspreso coffee maker, microwave and many more things.
We have very close restaurants and wonderful beaches, such as the Duke and that of the Christians that can be seen in the photos of the property announcement.
Two wonderful terraces for lunch or dinner enjoying spectacular views of the island of La Gomera while preparing a delicious meal at the Weber barbecue. Another summer terrace
to eat hot days and enjoying the views of Teide.

Our guests are always personally received by Jeny and Elena with a welcome pack, they hand over the keys in their hand and explain the operation of all things in the house.
On the day of departure we adapt to the schedule of the flights of the clients, being able to leave the villa at the time that suits them, without any additional cost, this provided that the house is not reserved that same day.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The open, well-furnished living space (both inside and out) made for a very comfortable environment, and the balcony views are truly amazing.Highlights:• Location: Perfect for visiting Siam Park and an easy drive to the nearby beaches. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.• Kitchen: Exceptionally well-stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, and glasses, along with a juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.• Amenities: We loved the plunge pool, and having pool towels provided was a very helpful addition.

Beautiful place in great location

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Very nice apartment with wonderful terrace

We stayed in this apartment October/November 2019 and we were really impressed by the very warm welcome and generosity shown by the owner. There were fresh flowers and provisions for us. The apartment was clean and fresh, and with all the amenities we could ever need. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. There was also parking for our car and mountain view on the other side. We are really satisfied with this accommodation, and give it all our warmest recommendations.

Home from home

The apartment is lovely, clean and very comfortable. Sunny balcony but has good shading and is usable all day. Pool cold in November !!. Elena & Jenny could not have been more helpful or friendly. The broadband had a tendency to stop working late morning for a couple of hours but was otherwise okay. Shops are nearby. Extremely restful week with lovely hosts.

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

Beautiful villa

Our second time at this fantastic villa and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Villa is spotless with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine, juicer etc etc etc. The villa is spacious with a great layout, the living area has a large lounge and dining area which was great for the nights we ate in. The pool and the large balcony provide plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and the view is amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation behind Siam mall. We didn’t have a car but used a great local taxi service which was cheap for trips to Los Cristianos and La Caleta. 10 minutes walk downhill takes you to Siam Mall or Siam water park and a further 5 minutes takes you to the Magma bus station where you can travel to anywhere around the island. Contact with Elena, the owner, is excellent from beginning to end and Jenny who looks after the villa is a star. The washing machine broke while we were there and we had a repair man the same day but as it couldn’t be fixed we received delivery of a new machine the following day - amazing service. We will definitely be returning next year!

Really well-equipped and spacious apartment

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

15 jours de vacances merveilleuses dans une villa de rêve. Tout est parfait pour cette location! La villa est magnifiquement située dans un quartier calme mais assez proche des principales zones d'intérêt, avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Il n'y a rien à redire sur l'équipement de la villa où l'on trouve tout à disposition pour des vacances de qualité. Grand confort et raffinement sont présents dans les moindres détails. La piscine privée est la bienvenue pour se rafraîchir à tout moment. Enfin l'accueil par les représentantes deu propriétaire a été remarquable de gentillesse, de disponibilité et d'efficacité. A recommander très fortement pour des vacances hors du commun.

Ne cherchez pas un hôtel ... louez cette villa !

Voici notre appréciation en live de la villa ! Pour commencer, elle est très belle. L'architecture est contemporaine et la décoration intérieure de très bon goût ! Un accueil digne d'un hôtel de Luxe. Comme à la maison, cette villa est parfaitement équipée ! Vous pouvez cuisiner tout ce que vous souhaitez et dresser une belle table pour apprécier votre diner sur la terrasse, avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La villa est située au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel surveillé par un garde 24/24. Ici vous vous sentez parfaitement en sécurité. Vous serez proche de la vie nocturne de Playa de las Americas en quelques minutes. Pour finir, un mot sur la propriétaire qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait : Merci Elena ! Conclusion : on ne peut que vous conseiller de louer cette villa qui surpasse le meilleur hôtel de Luxe de Tenerife !
