The hotel was better than I expected for a Holiday Inn in Terrace, it was really clean, bed was comfortable, decor was pretty good. The buffet breakfast selection was pretty good. Check in was fast. It was really difficult to get the shuttle, I was on hold for 22 minutes then hung up. It's better to take a taxi.

Fusty smelling room.

Have stayed here multiple times now but will probably switch next trip. The room smelt very fusty, likely the carpets have not been cleaned for a while. Comfy bed and quiet. Breakfast is included and good variety.

We really wanted a joining room but didn’t get one. Maybe a paper showing how to use the heat/air conditioner, we froze all night because we didn’t know how to regulate it. There was something else but can’t remember what it was.
