The stay was great and the majority of the staff were very welcoming however one member at reception refused to give us beach towels to use the facilities the day of checking out. Note: We were not notified that towels would not be replaced once you give them back to the reception otherwise we would have keep them until our last day to enjoy the pool and give them back upon leaving the hotel. it would have been fair to either notify us or give us towels given that we were not informed of this by anyone. Majority of hotels would have given a towel replacement to use the facilities and the 3 stars rating for staff and service is due to this specific incident other than that everyone have been nice and welcoming to us. On a positive note - the restaurant staff were amazing!

Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.
Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Hôtel avec vue exceptionnelle
Logement familial avec vue incroyable sur la mer des Caraïbes et les ilets. La plage privative à l'hôtel est bien entretenu ainsi que les espaces verts. La piscine est top! Employés serviable et à l'écoute de sa clientèle. Les navettes mises en place sont un vrai plus pour aller se promener dans le bourg. Dommage qu'elles soient payantes en fin d'après-midi... Petit bémol sur le restaurant de l'hôtel qui la même carte midi et soir avec un choix limité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Bois Joli des Saintes. Je recommande

Séjour très agréable dans un décor idyllique, personnel accueillant à l’écoute. Chambre spacieuse, propre, la vue est époustouflante. Piscine, plage privée, restaurant, activités nautiques en supplément. Je conseille vivement.
