No good experience for the room. We got broken dryer hair, loose bathroom hooks and the blanket has cigarette holes. There are flies in the room. The washing machine was too close to the room and was very noisy.

The hotel room was clean but dated. Parking lot was well lit at night. Plenty of area to walk the dog. Would like to have had eggs for breakfast. Close to plenty of restaurants for dinner.

Not sure where to begin. I guess I will begin with what was told about our stay. The front desk attendant at night, Missy, was fantastic. Very friendly and courteous. Good area with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Now for what I didn't like. Most of all, there was a mysterious "pre-authorization for incidental damages" for $162 on my debit card on top of the required deposit at time of check in. None of the other people we were with had this charge on their account. When I requested a printed receipt, it wasn't listed on there either. The attendant had to dig into my account to find a receipt which had no description of what the charge was for. Also, there were zero clean towels available the entire weekend. Shower was not warm. Floors in the hallway were filthy. Mattresses very stained up. Requested additional pillows for our room as each bed only has 3 very small ones, to no avail. I will not be back to this location and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Room was dirty, sink faucet, hair dryer, floor. Elevator needed service. Hotel smelled like pot. Hotel informed us they only clean the rooms once a week on Sunday. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was sparse and there were bags of garbage sitting on the floor while people were eating. I will never stay at Super 8 again. Disgusting.

While the towels and bedding were clean, our floors and trash cans definitely were not. There were trash and clumps of hair in our trash. After walking barefoot on the floor our feet were black with dirt. I didn’t want to complain and get moved to a different room far away from our 2nd room. It was close to our event location but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again unless there was no other choice.

My room refrigerator went out destroying all the food i had previously went out and purchased for my entire weekend stay. When i made the desk attendant aware she came up to “fix” it and stated the refrigerator was just unplugged and to wait 15/30mins for it to recool. Which was fine because the food and drinks inside were already ruined but after the 30min wait i reached back out because the refrigerator was not cooling at all and the attendant “Nadia” Navia” was no longer on the clock at work and failed to make the second shift worker seat causing an even bigger inconvenience of me having to later move to a different room

It was an okay stay for the price. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. I question the cleanliness as the floor was dirty and I saw two little roaches in the room.
