Casa Caspio. Panoramic Sea View Villa with Private Pool in El Portet, Moraira

This charming villa, named, 'Villa Caspio', is set in the idyllic and sought after location of El Portet Bay and Beach. Its tranquil and peaceful setting with stunning sea and mountain views makes for the perfect holiday location.

The first impression is the stunning sea views, you can even smell the sea from this delightful villa.
Walking past the teardrop shaped large private pool you enter the villa via the conservatory doors into the light, bright, airy dining room with an open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment and utilities.

There are three good sized bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms with two single beds in each, both sharing a guest bathroom which has underfloor heating. Then you have the master bedroom with a large En-suite bathroom also with underfloor heating.

The lovely Villa Caspio is surrounded by good sized terraces around the large private pool, with Mediterranean gardens, and a gazebo shaded with grape vines as you sit at the outdoor dining table set for 6 people to enjoy eating al fresco, and relaxing with a chilled drink. You also have a gas BBQ set beside the dining table. Relax, eat, drink and enjoy.

There is free Wifi internet. A smart TV. Hot and Cold air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the lounge, which keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, making this lovely villa ideal for your Spring, Summer or Winter holiday. Disabled access friendly too as everything is on one level, no steps.

villa in a great location with a lovely scenic walk to Moraira itself.Our host Paula was very helpful and available to answer any questions.The villa was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 3 week stay here with our collie Bertie.Would definately stay here again. El Portet beach was 10 mins walk away and we spent many times enjoying a coffee, lunch or an early evening drink at the small chiringuito.

A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. The outside seating areas were well located around the property, with sun beds and parasols included, with the pool area getting the sun for the majority of the day.

We chose this villa as some of our party were non drivers so needed to be able to walk into Moraira esp in the evening. It took about 20 mins or so. Great views over bay. Comfortable villa and Paula the property manager was very helpful, very prompt. Only areas of improvement would be a new dishwasher ( or fix the one there) as it simply couldnt clean, so we did everything by hand ( great clothes washer though). It would also be a good idea to spend a small amount on getting some matching wine glasses ie at least 6 the same! and some decent breakfast bowls. The current one were hardly big enough to get a single Weetabix in! I would recommend this villa, good location and quiet. Just needs a couple of small improvements.

Lovely villa in great location

We’ve known Moraira for many years having previously owned a family villa. It was great to be back in such a lovely location, walking distance to the beautiful beach of El Portet and the town. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos, well equipped, clean & tidy. The views are amazing as shown on the listing. We would be happy to return in the future.

Paula the host was amazing, super helpful and communicative. We arrived late at night and she was at the home to meet us. She left us a welcome pack with wine, bread, cheese, ham, butter and this was so unexpected. The home is even better than the photos. The view is breathtaking and everything is close. We had a car, but walked to the town and el portet as the scenery is so beautiful, you don’t want to miss it. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The BBQ area is also perfect for entertaining. We will Definatkey be booking this home again. Thanks for everything Paula.
