Heavenly is the only way to describe this luxury private villa in Moraira.The villa has been designed in an "Ibizan" style with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Equipped to a very high standard the living room features a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, Sonos wifi music system,modern comfortablefurnishings and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The huge kitchen leads from the living room via the familydining table. The kitchen is light and airy with a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything the modern family or experienced chef could need. The bedrooms are split over the main ground floor and the upper floor. On the ground floor you have a spacious king size bedroom and family shower room, with clean modern lines throughout and perfect for more elderly guests or those with mobility problems.Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The master king size bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room and a large private balcony with stylish lounge furniture to relax on. There are 2 more king size bedrooms, one of which also has use of a private balconyand a twin bedroom. All ofwhich share the large family bathroom with separate bath.Outside you have a lovely outdoor terrace (Naya) area, covered from the sun, with additional dining and a summer kitchen with fridge, sink, BBQ and service bar. Outside, the villa hasacool modern feel with beautiful landscaped gardens and is completely private. In the summer with the doors open onto the living area it floods with light and a gentle breeze, while giving open views of the whole pool area. Theextensive landscaped gardens with lemon, orange and olive trees provide a beautiful setting with a Balinese hammock and a designated seating area for any smokers in the party. Outside you have a ping pong table and trampoline for the more active guests and the gardens lead down to the parking with off road parking for 3 cars. The villa is air conditioned throughout with both hot and cold air conditioning for use in the winter and summer months, it also has central heating for those wanting to visit during the cooler months of the year. The pool is heated with the option to have it heated between September and May at an additional cost, please enquire for more details.
Heavenly is situated in the centre of a quiet urbanizationon a flat plot. There are extensive familyactivitiesin the nearby area such as Golf, tennis, cycle paths and water sports at the beach. The nearest resorttown of Moraira offers a fantastic rangeshops, bars and restaurants and there are a number of beaches within 10 minutes drive. The centre of Moraira , with its blue flag award beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, is a real joy to stroll down to and no problem to hire a taxi back, a car is essential when staying at this villa.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moriara there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.
