VILLA IN FIRST LINE ON THE SEA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 9 people.
LAY OUT: the villa is on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase. At the first floor, we have 2 bedrooms with terrace (one with double bed and in the other, 3 single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and in the other 2 single beds), a shower and a guest toilet. The dining-living room is ample and the kitchen is fully equipped. The two bedrooms with double beds have air conditioning.
OUTDOOR: the property is surrounded by a large garden and a wood. Access the villa through an automatic sliding door and there is enough space on the plot to park your cars. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and you will have the meals in the barbecue area close to the pool. From the furnished terrace, you will enjoy the beautiful sea views and the Moraira Bay.
LOCATION: the property is located in a quiet residential area in front of the sea, a few minutes by car from the centre where you will enjoy the sandy beach and its clear water.
