UNIQUE VILLA IN MORAIRA (Costa Blanca), with direct access to the sea, private pool, for up to 6 people.



LAY OUT: This beautiful villa decorated in a baroque style is distributed over two floors connected by an interior and exterior spiral staircase. On the main floor we have two bedrooms with split beds, two bathrooms (one en suite with bathtub and shower, the second with shower), a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious, bright living-dining room, where we find a fireplace, comfortable armchairs and decoration with a classic style.On the ground floor we have another bedroom with double bed and two bathrooms with shower. From this floor we access the terrace where the pool is located.



EXTERIOR: It is worth mentioning that this villa has a large plot facing the Mediterranean Sea, its garden and its direct access to a cove with crystalline waters not very busy and very private. These characteristics make this villa a unique and ideal property for a holiday on the Mediterranean coast. As can be seen in the photographs, we have a well-kept garden, distributed on several levels, with various trees and plants, in addition to finding an extensive area of natural grass. Any area of this plot is good to enjoy the incredible view that gives us the villa and its location, panoramic views of the great blue sea, the natural park of Peñón de Ifach and the town of Calpe. The pool is located in front of the house, surrounded by sun beds and parasols, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a private bath. There are several open terraces and a deck located on the main floor, with outside dining. From these terraces we will enjoy the sea breeze and relax listening to the gentle waves of the sea.



LOCATION: It is located in a well-known and famous residential area, at the tip of Cape Punta Estrella or better known as Cap Blanc. It is one of the most requested destinations, since in this area you will find everything you need for your desired holidays such as a supermarkets, well-known restaurants, coves, fine sand beaches, leisure facilities ....
