The house was set up perfect for a family gathering. We swam, bbq’d, played games fixed meals and just relaxed. The host was so responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend this home and host for any family looking to rent. Better than any hotel!

Over all it was a perfect place to stay for our large family! It did need a good scrub down and sweep and mop. But other than that it was wonderful! We definitely will be booking again! Van was quick to respond when the pump on the pool needed more water. She’s very nice and takes care of things right away!

Family gathering

This was a great house for us. Very comfortable and homey. Check in was super easy and any questions I had were answered by host very quickly. Pool was an added bonus-we used it a LOT. Spacious kitchen and comfortable living space.

The property was very private but close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. The only feedback would be to upgrade the towels as the ones available were pretty close to end of life. Our dogs loved the huge backyard.

More than enough space

House was great it was the perfect fit for us. There was definitely more than enough room. We loved how the pool was away from the house. Everything was in a good distance we really didn’t have to go far at all. I would for sure recommend this place for big families.

Nice place, great for family stay

The property is nice, clean and well-maintained. The bunk beds are small, more for children. There are two “family rooms” which can be nice to spread out. There are also two eating areas in kitchen and dining room. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The king room had a very nice en-suite bathroom. One concern I had was that there really wasn’t a third bathroom; there was toilet and sink in the laundry area which was adjacent to the second seating area and full and bunks bedrooms. There was a door between the kitchen and this other area, but nothing to isolate the toilet area.

Easter Weekend

We came into Texarkana to celebrate a baby shower and Easter with family. This property was perfect. We were able to gather as a family and have enough space for everyone. Will definitely stay again next time we visit.
