Refused Service to a United States Marine

I reserved this room for my son and his fiancé who where home visiting for the holiday weekend. Appon arrival to the hotel the employee stated the hotel was booked and no rooms were available. We explained that we had a reservation and tried to give the number when the employee stated there were no rooms and we needed to leave. I do not understand why this would happen as my son although only 19 is very mannered and clean cut (He is a Marine). This was very poor service by the Hotel and we will never use this company again.

You get what you paid for.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Could tell they had been making upgrades to some of the rooms, including the one we stayrd in. but need to clean up better and make sure everything is working right the Bathroom skin leaked trash can under to catch th water. beds are not queen size either.Did not eat the breakfeaset they offeered after I seen roaches crawling on the wall when I got out of the shower.
