The staff was not fluent in English or Spanish. Elevator floor buttons were missing and the elevators weren't working much of the time. We had to walk up and down 5 floors 3 times. The stairs were filthy. There was garbage in the hallways. The tub wouldn't drain. The countertops were 2 inches higher than standard. WIFI was intermittent and hard to log onto. The exercise room equipment was broken. Weight racks, but no weights. Cereal containers that said Corn Flakes were Frosted Flakes. The lounge chair in our room had white watermark stains. Nasty place and in disrepair.

It was okay. The rooms were dated with dirt u. The corners of the bathroom. Our bedding had a cigarette burn in it.

The grab n go breakfast was little boxes of cereal, but the milk set out on counter was expired. Good thing about hotel was the staff. Very charming on arrival, and very helpful.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t provide any soap. Nothing to even wash your hands with. No complimentary bath soap or shampoo. So of course no hairdryer either. The comforter had an obvious blood stain on it. There were ants in the bathroom and mold on the wall. I’m not sure what happened overnight but around 2 am it started to smell like poop and when I left at 6am the hallway smelled like poop. Was awakened by loud guests in the hall at 2 am, probably coming back from the on-site bar. Rough neighborhood, unclean, smelly, and just in disrepair. The staff was super nice and friendly but I would not stay here ever again!

Of course it's a mistake from a staff (who is a human) although there isn't any excuse why the housekeeper missed it but it was a mistake. But did you inform the front desk about it ? Front desk would have certainly provided you whatever was missing. We are sorry you faced it.
