Character building of the early 17th century (End Epoch Henri IV), unique - very quiet - completely new and equipped with appliances in 2014 - Near the beaches (19 km, 15-20 minutes from Meschers and Saint Georges de Didonne in car) ... without the nuisance. No vehicles circulate around the estate). The Grand Royan 2 shopping center is 20 minutes away. By going to Cozes (less than 10 minutes, 5 km), you will have access to all the amenities (supermarket U, pharmacy, shops, restaurant, post office, ..).

Séjour trÚs agréable dans une jolie propriété

Tout c'est trÚs bien passé, de la réservation au dernier jour du séjour. TrÚs jolie propriété, bien équipée au global. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est trÚs réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas trÚs affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un trÚs bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour.

Excellent property in quiet location

Lovely property situated in a quiet rural location. Twenty mins drive to Talmont and Meschers, 30 mins to Royan. Thaims is a farming community so expect to hear tractors working the fields. Supermarket ten mins away in Cozes. Patrice the patron is lovely, speaks very good English and is always available on the phone if needed. Well recommended 👍

Le gite est parfait. Les conseils d'accÚs et les informations d 'arrivée sont claires et nous ont été bien utiles.Nous avons apprécié le calme. Nous avons découvert la cÎte, de Talmont à Marennes, les grottes , les phares, les petites villes situées entre la mer et la Seudre, le train des Mouettes, les thermes de Saujon, les villages artisanaux et les huitres...Belle région française!

Superbes vacances Ă  la mer

Location effectuée pour profiter des plages. Pour avoir loué souvent en gßte de France, je peux dire que cette longÚre est la mieux équipée de ce que j'ai pu avoir jusqu'à maintenant... Top confort, rien ne manque, mention spéciale pour le lave linge et le lave vaisselle, bien utiles en vacances... Enfants et parents sont ravis, merci.

Agréable découverte de la Charente-Maritime

Logement trĂšs spacieux et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec un grand extĂ©rieur en pleine campagne -donc trĂšs calme 😉-. Nombreux parcours de VTC et VTT avec des paysages diffĂ©rents de l’arriĂšre-pays Ă  la cĂŽte de l’estuaire et de l’ocĂ©an un peu plus loin . Ventilateur bienvenu dans les chambres sous les toits lorsque la canicule se fait sentir.

Logement bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien situĂ© et trĂšs calme. Il manque peut ĂȘtre des ustensiles pour manger des crustacĂ©s, en Ă©tant placĂ© si proche de l'ocĂ©an c'est dommage... Les Ă©quipements extĂ©rieurs n'Ă©taient pas trĂšs propres, notamment le barbecue que nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© vu son Ă©tat de saletĂ©. Unser erster Frankreichurlaub

Wir haben des Ferienhaus das Teil eines alten Herrenhauses war, fĂŒr 14 Tage gebucht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich. Wir fanden das Haus genau wie beschrieben vor, es fehlte an Nichts. Die ruhige aber auch gĂŒnstie Lage des Hauses als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here und weitere Umgebung konnten wir sehr genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte tadelles, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder,

Bon rapport qualité prix

Une belle maison typique charentaise bien rĂ©novĂ©e et confortable. Tout est prĂ©vu au niveau Ă©lectromĂ©nager. La rĂ©gion prĂ©sente de nombreux lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt, culturel, historique, viticole sans oublier la mer. En revanche, des soucis de connection en Charente-Maritime mais si on est pas pressĂ© on y arrive. Nous sommes habituĂ©s Ă  ĂȘtre accueillis dans d'autres locations par le propriĂ©taire. Cela permet un rapport de confiance, debriffer sur le fonctionnement de la maison et de parler des diffĂ©rents coins de la rĂ©gion. Mais le propriĂ©taire est venu quand j'ai eu besoin et Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs aimable. C'est un ressenti personnel.

Séjour trÚs agréable à Thaims

Nous avons passĂ© deux agrĂ©ables semaines dans la maison de M. Lust qui a Ă©tĂ© disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de renseignements. La maison est trĂšs bien rĂ©novĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Il y a tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances dans une trĂšs belle rĂ©gion. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme aux alentours et ĂȘtre, en mĂȘme temps, relativement proches de nombreux points d'intĂ©rĂȘt. Seul petit bĂ©mol, la connection internet (indĂ©pendant de la volontĂ© du propriĂ©taire) mais cela permet de dĂ©connecter 😉
