"Shuttle service was very nice. Friendly staff all around. Bed and pillows very comfortable! Pro-tip... Be on time for breakfast since when they say it's going to end- it ends exactly on that time! Breakfast was good however."

"The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms (we had reserved three rooms) were pretty awful. The bathtub lining was peeling off, the tub faucet was literally falling out of the wall and the shower leaked. An update is way overdue! We appreciated the shuttle and the breakfast was ample though rather chaotic."

"The front desk staff person was very professional (I wish I had got her name) - I saw her working clients as well as her coworkers and she was really great! She was perfect for the service industry! The room and hallways were clean. The breakfast was as expected - I would recommend having plates available on either side vs in the middle. If you are getting on or off of a cruise ship - you can get a shuttle from the cruiseship to the hotel (& of course to/from the airport). The shuttle costs about $16/person from the cruise to the hotel, otherwise it doesn't cost (except for tips). There is also a shuttle to the Everglades if you are interested in that. We walked to The Fish Grill which was about a half a block away. They had great food and a large bar selection. Note: we didn't rent a car and either walked or shuttled or Uber'd every where we went. There was no pool or beach front but that was fine with us (& as expected per advertised). "

"The noise of the street felt like it was inside the room, as if a window was open, but it wasn’t, just poor design. Our room had a door that communicated with another room. The guests in that other room were trying very hard to open the communicating door! It was close to midnight and they wanted to get in. We thought it was children being children. The next morning we saw 4 adults walking out of the room. Never again we’d choose this hotel. "
