The room was a spacious small apartment and the staff was friendly. The room did lack a lot of practical items making it cumbersome to stay in such as lack of hangers, lack of a wardrobe and vanity in the bedroom (it was out in the living room) and no outlets in the bathrooms to dry hair. Could have used a few luggage stands as well.

Our stay at the tower suites hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and really did everything they could to make the weekend special. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable.

Really nice hotel in a stellar location. We really felt first class here. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was pleasant. The room itself was spacious the kitchen and the washing machine were so helpful to our stay. The only issue we had was that the beds were slightly hard and the pillows were just not good enough we had to actually ask for a few extra pillows.

We arrived well before check in. Our room type was not available, but the bellmen took our bags to allow us to journey out for a few hours without them. When we returned we were able to get into our room. Our reservation was for 5 nights, and I had thought the suite would offer a proper bedroom as well as a foldout couch, perfect for our young family of four, however, I did not realize the room has a large pass through window, therefore the space is essentially one bag room. I worked with a gentleman named Dip on the Guest Relations team. He went out of his way to understand my concern, find options and advocate for my family with the hotel management. He was a true professional and one could tell he is in hospitality for all the right reasons. It was a pleasure meeting him, and he really made our trip a great vacation (as the kids could sleep and the parents could work or watch a movie). Thank you very much Dip, much appreciated. Fantastic property, near the tube and within walking distance to many of Londons best sites.
