1 week in the Hague, conference at World Forum

Location: Ocean, harbor, central Hague are all in easy walking distance. Gemeetemuseum adjacent to the hotel, Mauritshuis in the City Center. Rent a bike!
Unbelievably friendly and hospitable staff. 5 stars in that respect. Room was clean and comfortable. 8th floor view of ocean was lovely. Get a package that includes the outstanding hotel breakfast; salmon, bacon, sausage, eggs to order, and everything else you could want, and start the day right. Location is perfect, midway between the ocean and City Center, the walk to either is about 20-25 minutes. Or take public trans which is affordable, frequent and runs everywhere. Hotel is also adjacent to the Gemeetesmuseum, a must see for modern art. Mauritshuis is Dutch Masters, in City Center, 20 minute walk. Heinekein is better on tap in the Netherlands. It just is! Again, can't say enough about the staff at the Hague Marriott. Best I've ever run in to.
