Great hotel with a wonderful staff
Excellent hotel, entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very quiet and easy walk from train/bus station and to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good, here again the staff was excellent. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

The Hotel Arsenaal gets everything right. We received a superb welcome from the nicest, friendliest people you can hope to meet. The beautifully designed building, and the attention to detail were a delight, as was the wonderful location. Every day, we enjoyed a healthy, delicious breakfast in the magical surroundings of the Wapenkamer, the heart of a building that can trace its origins back to 1601! At night, this space is converted into an atmospheric and comfortable cocktail bar. Nothing is too much trouble for the great team working here. When I needed to post some items to Germany and Switzerland, they took care of it for me. When they knew it was my birthday, they decorated our room with balloons (and chocolate!) and when we arrived quite late on a Monday night, they immediately helped us to chill after a long, delayed and slightly stressful journey. The building is one of Delft’s oldest and has been beautifully converted into a really comfortable hotel with stunning design details. The location is perfect. Close to everything but really peaceful. Rooms are contemporary, beds are VERY comfortable. Overall a really lovely stay, thanks to the wonderful building but, most of all, the fantastic team. I’ll be returning to the Hotel Arsenaal!

Perfect Hotel
Excellent stay! Modern, clean, and exquisitely designed in a brick laden historical building. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and all the local restaurants, cafes, and shops. I was here to speak at the university and brought my family to enjoy the town and they all loved this hotel! Friendly staff and the daily breakfast was something to look forward to every morning!

Arsenaal is a brilliant architectural restoration . The entire first floor is exquisite. The staff is uniformly charming, competent and helpful I wish I could remember all of the staff personnel who made my stay so pleasing But I am deeply grateful I look forward to returning to beautiful Delft and enjoying once again the charms of this hotel. One codicil: The lighting in the room is difficult to comprehend. When a simple switch or two would have sufficed and pleased, the room electricity instead is unnecessarily complicated Even fully lit, the lighting leaves the room cold , unattractive and even vapid. At an ordinary hotel it would not matter . Arsenaal is no ordinary hotel.

STAYED WITH YOU IN DELFT LAST APRIL AND LIKE THE HOTEL. HOWEVER, THIS TIME I NOTICED A LOT OF COB WEBS PARTICULARLY IN THE MAIN WALKIN AREA OF THE HOTEL. THAT IS HOW DECLINES START.
