This villa is one of a kind and is one of the only villas in Anguilla with its unique and exclusive private beach just two minutes away, as you follow a scenic private path to the beach with its amazing sunset.

The property consists of 3 separate condos which can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons per condo. It is perfect for honeymooners, couples or families who truly wants to escape from it all. Here you can genuinely relax, unwind, and indulge in the caressing sea breezes and stunning ocean views.

With spacious indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, little Harbour Villa is designed for relaxation, entertainment and privacy in a striking vintage-style. The open and inviting great room takes full advantage of the commanding views with the sliding glass doors that graciously opens onto a covered terrace. Custom paneled cabinetry with elegant hardware, granite counters and professional grade stainless steel appliances highlight the gourmet kitchen’s spacious layout, and the countertop appliances (including a blender for all those exotic island drinks) and all the cookware needed are provided to make entertaining as easy as possible.

The romance starts in the private master en suite that offers a cozy queen-sized bed and opens to a terrace where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of Anguilla.

Lovely house in a secluded neighborhood

The house is one of four units, only two of which were occupied when we were there. Well-made and well kept, with a fantastic view of Saint Martin from the balcony/porches. Our main problem stemmed from inability to use mapping programs due to the nameless house number and street. Fortunately, just about every Anguillan we ran into was super helpful and generous with time to help us find our way home on an almost daily basis. you will need a car – there are no stores or restaurants easily walkable – and the only nearby beaches are tiny and secluded though lovely. Also, good luck with the TV. Wi-Fi worked fairly well most of the time. somehow, I got the idea there was a pool – I was wrong., but the beaches are where it’s at anyway. Enjoy it!
