Our lake home is tucked about 3–4 miles down a peaceful country road, with a well-maintained dirt and gravel section that’s easily accessible to all vehicles — no off-road car or truck needed. It’s all part of the charm of escaping to the lake!

The property sits within a quiet, gated community, offering an added sense of privacy and tranquility. Guests often comment on how calm and natural it feels — a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.

Stay connected while you unwind — the home features Starlink internet, providing strong and reliable WiFi for streaming, remote work, or sharing those gorgeous lake views with friends back home.

The private dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, and soaking up the sun. (Please note: the Army Corps of Engineers doesn’t allow boat or jet ski mooring at private docks.) A public boat launch is just 3 miles away, and Theodosia Marina offers convenient slips and rentals if you’re bringing your own watercraft.

We also provide kayaks and a paddleboard for you to enjoy the lake at your own pace. Children should always be supervised near the water, and all lake activities are at your own risk.

In the evenings, gather around the fire pit under the stars — just bring your own firewood. We’ll provide the marshmallows and all the fixings for classic s’mores!

📹 For everyone’s peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry points. There are no cameras inside the home.

🪶 Friendly Reminder: Like any great outdoor escape, activities such as swimming, hiking, ATV riding, and watercraft use are at your own risk. Please enjoy safely and responsibly.

While furry friends are welcome, we have a maximum of two dogs. If you’d like to bring more, please message us in advance. Pets are strictly not permitted on any furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on furniture or bedding will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee charged to your booking. Please pick up after your pets at all times.
