Coachella Weekend Stay

We stayed at this house for Coachella weekend and overall had a decent experience. The biggest plus was the location—super convenient and made getting to and from the festival much easier, which we really appreciated.The house itself was generally comfortable and had a decent setup for a group. That said, there were a few issues worth mentioning. Most notably, the listing stated there were 5 beds, but in reality, there were only 4, which caused some unexpected scrambling for sleeping arrangements. It’s important for listings to be accurate, especially when planning for a larger group.There were also some minor maintenance and cleanliness concerns that didn’t ruin the stay but definitely stood out. With a little more attention to detail and an updated listing, this could be a great spot for festival-goers.Overall, it worked out for our needs, but future guests should be aware of the discrepancies and plan accordingly.

Great space, especially if you're going for any of the Coachella festivals

This property was a great stay. The host, Dianna, communicated with me throughout, as I had a bunch of questions leading up. One thing to note, when I booked it the listing showed 5 beds but it is 4 -- I pointed this out to Dianna and she's not sure why that's the case so in case she was unable to fix it. I think the photos should be updated and more should be taken at better angles + lighting. The house looks so much better in person! There is plenty of dining space (2 full tables), the couch is massive and comfortable so we hung out in the living room, the pool was refreshing for hot desert days pre-festival. We stayed for Coachella and the house was really close to the festival grounds -- maybe a 6 minute drive, which was amazing. Any issues we had throughout the weekend, Dianna responded promptly and fixed swiftly. It's a really comfortable space and my group enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and if we have a big enough group going back in the future, will definitely book.
