I thought I'd booked two nights and only booked one, my fault. We were forced to get an Extended Stay room for the next day when clearly though Motel was not a capacity. The front desk person seemed clueless at how to help us

Only one key card available per room. Lack of maintenance and proper upkeep. Pool was taken over most the time by unregistered guests. No pool monitoring. Chairs in pool and hot tub which is not safe. Garbage overflowing outside. Half of the shower head was plugged. Room was ice cold when we got there. It took a couple of hours to be comfortable. East back door was unlocked at all hours. time by younger non-guests
