quick lovely stay!

It was great! greeted by a lovely lady who gave us our wifi password and what we needed. had no problems at all. lovely and warm in room especially in this weather. only flaw is no shelf in bathroom but not major. thankyou very much for having me and my friend :)

Excellent cost benefit

Cosy and comfy, very clean, nice shower, beds were great. The radiators weren't working so the staff promptly provide us an electric portable one. We had dinner there which was great as well (maybe a bit overpriced but definetely worth it). Overal cost benefit was excellent. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much :)

Comfortable stay

Comfortable room- good size. By the road so was a little noisy in the morning. Lovely receptionist who was very helpful when we were late arriving. We didn’t have any food so can’t comment.

1 night stay for a night at races for work overall have to say poor hotel and very over priced for the quality of the stay . Noise is a big issue every time some one comes in you hear them in rooms above as well must be paper thins walls not a great nights sleep rooms very basic no fans on warm nights no AC obviously . And for what you paying Exocet a lot better wouldn’t be my choice next time I’m visiting thirsk the one big posative plenty Parking and nice and easy

We were stopping off on a trip to Flamingo land. The manager was very accommodating, flexible and very friendly. The setting is very peaceful. Very recommendation will stay again.

Receptionist was a lovely Ukrainian girl who couldn't do enough to help .only fault was thin walls and very noisy floor boards , kettle next door going on at six in the morning right in your ear but apart from that a lovely stay , thank you .

Not too bad, could be better.

Not too bad for the price. Would have liked a menu to see what you could of expected if you decided to go for evening meal. Advertised garden view/side, when in fact it was a small patch of grass at the road side of building. Outdoor light on side of building quote bright resulting in a a quote light room at night. No where to put key on check out if no one was on reception. Room doors bang quite loud, due to the way the room lock works. TV antenna wasn’t the best and quite a bit of interference. Car park is quite large and the views are nice. I would stay here again but wouldn’t want to pay more than what I did as I think it was more or less worth the price at the time.
