Welcome to our stunning vacation rental property with a main house that features 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and a guest house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Our property is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend a luxurious and relaxing vacation together.
Outside, our property boasts a sparkling pool, a fire pit, and a gazebo with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and sunsets. Our guests also have access to a public boat dock next door, perfect for boating enthusiasts who want to explore the nearby waters.
Our property is also ideal for hosting weddings or other special events, with plenty of space for outdoor seating and a picturesque backdrop.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer-term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
The following additional charges apply to late checkouts/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests’ arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard that we hold them to.
This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving:
● No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● No smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●If there is a W/D available then the Washer/dryer is available for 1+ week stays ONLY. Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if
units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
We are available 24/7. Fast responses during the regular business hours/night. After 10 PM EST some responses will be answered ASAP or first thing in the morning.
Residents in Hilliard enjoy a suburban and rural mix, and the majority own their homes. Hilliard has a large family population and conservative locals. High praise is given to Hilliard's public schools.
Guest will have access to the entire property.
The main house features three comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms.
The guest house provides an additional private retreat with a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom. This space is perfect for guests who want a bit more privacy or for families who want to give their teenagers or grandparents their own space.
Sleeps twelve. Full kitchen fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. Some of the amenities we have include:
