The staff was great, but we did find a cockroach crawling in our bedroom carpet. So we told the desk and they said they will spray. I opted they do it after we checked out..other than that, it's a great stay!

Love this property!

I was checked in with an assistant who was fast, efficient, and so very helpful! He even called to set up a taxi for me for the next morning since they do not shuttle to international. Went above and beyond to explain parking and shuttle process to me! Highly recommend

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The grandsons wanted to swim but the pool was closed for an unknown reason. The breakfast was very good and everything else was very good.

The pool was out of service. Everything else was good. The breakfast was tasty and the dining area was clean. The rooms were sparkling and had all in one. There was shampoo, condition, lotion you name it. The bed was comfty. The sheets were clean like new.
