Well appointed apartment in the city center, good value for the price point. Having use of a portable AC available was great. The bed was too low to the ground and very hard for our comfort level, and the bathtub/shower situation was hard to get in and out of without slipping (kind of dangerous). There were some issues with the lack of communication after initial reservation until 48 hours before check in but thereafter the communication was solid. The place had pretty much everything we needed, and the grocery/dining/shopping options were spot on being in the center of Thonon old town.
