Good communication with Red Awning. Had trouble reaching our contact as we ran out of several items. Paper towel, trash bags, sponges, no dish towels in kitchen, etc. Overall a good stay even though the temps were super below average.

Beautiful views of the mountains. Plenty of room for all of us. Dining table was perfect to fit us all for our family Thanksgiving dinner. House is as pictured, clean and had what you’d need. Nice neighborhood and still close to surrounding towns to do stuff. Would recommend

Exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a family of 5. Excellent location for what we had planned for our White Mountains trip. Had everything we needed for a week away from home- especially for cooking. Would I come back and stay again? 110%. Easy communication with the host. Easy check in and check out (smoothest ever in our 5 years of VRBO booking). No issues. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, even with the Canadian wildfire smoke hindering the mountain views most of the places we went. If you stay, you have to go to Benton's Sugar Shack for breakfast less than a mile away!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable and had everything renters would need. Backyard views were stunning from the outside deck. Deck included a screened in area that was great for summer nights. Host was quick to respond.
